Compensation: 250-350 INR per hour
Training for Evaluations: Training & access to our video feedback platform will be provided
Key Responsibilities
1. Evaluate Student Work
- Personalized Video Feedback: At Kaphal Studio, you will provide personalized video feedback to each student. You'll review their work, offer constructive critiques, and suggest ways to improve their design skills. This feedback will be crucial in guiding students on their design journey.
- Understanding Student Challenges: Dive deep into the individual hurdles each student faces, from conceptual understanding to practical application. Your role involves not just evaluating but also understanding the unique mindset and learning style of each student.
- Motivation and Improvement: Work closely with students to identify areas for improvement and motivate them towards achieving their goals. Your feedback will be personalized, constructive, and aimed at fostering growth. Encourage students to embrace challenges as opportunities for development, guiding them through their journey to enhance their design skills and confidence.
2. Use of Technology
- Video Platform Access: We will train you and provide access to our video platform to ensure smooth and effective communication with students.
- System Requirements: A system with good configuration, a pen-tab for annotation or an iPad, and good communication skills are expected.
